Hello, I’m Steve Hovakimyan.  Most people know me as Steve the Short Sale Specialist from Burbank.  I have lived and worked in Burbank with my lovely wife and my kids since 1993, and the reason why I chose to live and work in Burbank, CA is mainly due to the admiration I have for this clean city and the fact that I don’t have to worry about my family’s safety and security while I’m at work and while they are going to school, library, out with their friends, etc.

Having been involved in the Financial Industry many years ago, where I’ve helped many families build a solid financial future and retirement, my next step was getting licensed as a real estate agent. Right after I joined RE/MAX Town Center, I began my new career in the Real Estate industry.  I have always been happy and proud to be part of such a big company that not only says “Nobody Sells More Real Estate than Re/Max”, but also delivers the results.

Shortly after starting there, I obtained my broker’s license and created my own team of agents that have variety of backgrounds and specialize in different fields of real estate.  In addition to being different specialists, my teammates also speak several languages and are able to help clients in about any situation.
Market is always changing and having the knowledge and experience, I have helped lots of families to buy or sell their real estate, through standard sale, short sale, probate sale and more, making sure both sides obtain the best results. Being a Short Sale Certified professional, I am currently helping families to avoid foreclosure’s negative effects on their credit and recently have partnered up with Artak Oktanian, who is an REO and an Appraising specialist and created www.iNeedShortSale.comto help families with their short sale needs, mainly to avoid foreclosures.
My goal in this life has always been to work with the best and to help as many individuals and families as possible.  I am very passionate about the work I do and I always deliver what I promise.
